Revlon Super Lustrous Shiny Sheers Lipstick - 845 / 14 Sheer Plumdrop Review , Swatch and LOTD

I am not a great fan of Plum Lipsticks..May be because of  80's and 90's heroines :D ....They always wear these Plummy shades or Fuschia which looks terrible ...

So to tell you people the truth i just have two Plum Lipsticks... I think they look gaudy on me :D

So When I saw this shade in the tube I was scared thought would runaway from the counter only... I got this in Singapore for $8  I guess but not sure

I saw these lippies here in some of the online shopping sites too for Rs.525

My Take:

This comes in a sleek packaging and comes in the regular twist up tube....which I find convenient

When i saw this lippy first in the tube ...it was so dark..You can see in the pics below.. I have clicked the exact color of the lippy in the tube as well the swatch this time

Ok I have literally ate the lipstick...I LOVE It

 Actually here comes the little confusing part...actually when i bought in Singapore it had the number 845 but here in India the number is 14  ..

 

See the swatch how sheer and shiny also very moisturising...so different from the shade in tube na...and also has some tiny blue and gold glitters which are pretty and nothing OTT

Pros:


Does what's mentioned in Product claim
Its a sheer lipstick with super moisturising qualities 
Absolutely Glossy
Has SPF 15
Flattering shade for most skintones
Very good packaging
Also the Closing lid has the see through window ...which is very helpful when you wanna see the color
Staying power is pretty decent ...for about 3 hours or so with light snacks
smells kinda like some berry




Cons
If your into creamy lipsticks with strong pigmentation then this is not for you



I will be repurchasing this color for sure and also would love to some more shades from this range
Do give this lippy a try...I am sure you would love it


If you love Lipgloss or glossy finish ..you will love it even more :)

Oriflame Wild West Couture Lipstick : Pale Mauve - Review & LOTD

I got this during one of my Oriflame Hauls :D

This Wild West Couture Lipstick is a limited edition one and was on discount...Being an Oriflame consultant has its own benefits when I saw this in the catalogue immediately ordered :)

Price : 4gm for Guess I bought it for around Rs.250 or so ...don't remember exactly

Pros:

Cute packaging

Reasonable price

creamy and moisturising

Prefect when paired with smokey eyes

pretty shade

can be used to tone down some gaudy lipsticks :D

Cons:

Washes out completely if used without strong eyemakeup..might suit for fair skin tones

Staying power is bad ..max 1 hour

settles in fine lines

I won't recommend this for dusky to medium skintones....

Maybelline Watershine Pure MF21 Lipstick Review , Swatches & LOTD

Maybelline Watershine lipsticks are the best moisturising Lipsticks ever...
I got this lipstick sometime back in 2011 when I went around looking for everyday wear pink lipstick...I spotted watershine range I guess it had around 8 to 10 shades....
When i saw this lippy it was a bright pink..thought it would be too flashy...
OMG i was so wrong it was sheer pretty pink ..exactly what i wanted :)
